The MedBIC, Anglia Ruskin University’s Business Innovation Centre for Medical and Advanced Engineering, are hosting a free workshop for businesses to develop the right company culture as they scale their growing business and highlight why it is important for long term business success.
The free workshop will be held on Thursday 7th November 2019 from 9:30am – 11:30am at The MedBIC in Chelmsford. Refreshments will be provided.
What the workshop will cover
This workshop will allow you to understand the change in cultural dynamics which occur as businesses grow beyond a certain size and will help you look ahead to developing your first manager cohort.
The workshop will explore:
- employee behaviours and leadership types which will help businesses scale
- common people related pitfalls experienced by scale-ups
- how workplace culture can make or break a business

This session is open to all however managers, senior managers, owners and directors of SMEs who are looking to scale up and grow their company will find this useful.
About the speaker
Claire Hartnell from PeopleDiligence will be leading the workshop. Claire has had more than 20 years’ experience consulting up to C-suite level in companies including Diageo, Ebay, Carphone Warehouse and Coca Cola before setting up PeopleDiligence in 2018. She now works with growth companies to help them develop fast pace, healthy performance cultures.
